If you need help with a theme purchased from Themehub, the first point of contact is the theme author. Here’s how to get in touch with them:

Steps to Contact a Theme Author:

1. Log in to your Themehub account.
2. Go to your Account Dashboard and navigate to My Purchases.
3. Find the theme you need support with and click on View Details.
4. Under the theme details, you will see a button labeled Contact Author or Request Support.
5. Click on this button to send a message directly to the theme author regarding your issue.
   
   Note: Authors are typically required to provide support for 6 months from the date of purchase. After that, additional support may be available for purchase.
