✔ The theme does not work as advertised (major functionality issues). ✔ The author fails to provide adequate support to resolve the matter. ✔ The theme is defective or broken, and the issue cannot be resolved.
For any of the above, you will need full documented proof of the errors and corresspondance between the buyer and the vendor
When Refunds Are Not Available
🚫 You changed your mind or no longer need the theme. 🚫 The theme is not compatible with your specific plugins or setup. 🚫 You expected features that were not listed in the theme description.

If the issue is unresolved, submit a Refund Request through your Themehub account.
Our team will review your case within 5-7 business days.
Disputes & Escalations
If a refund request is denied, you can escalate the case to Themehub’s dispute resolution team for further investigation.
